Designer Crush: Ed Nacional

As a dribble member I am always following different designers’ work to keep up on what people are creating and what is hot in order to help develop my style more as well as give my clients designs that will drive their brand better.

It is no surprise that one of the first people I began following when I got invited to dribbble was Ed Nacional a graphic designer, illustrator, and self proclaimed maker of things. Ed’s typography skills are what have gotten him interviewed and featured on the experimental type blog, Friends of Type and with more than 580 followers on dribbble and 1664 followers on twitter it is of no surprise of why they would want to feature his work.

His fresh colors and clean witty grasp on type are what have made him a designer to keep tabs on. I personally love his take on color, playful illustrations, and use to pattern to emphasize his type.

So if you are in the design world and not keeping tabs on this guy I would suggest changing that very quickly.

Happy Thursday friends!!

Hello! I’m Megan Gilger,

A strong believer that nature and the seasons are our greatest teachers. We live on a hill in Leelanau County, Michigan just a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan. This land we are responsible for is where we are focused on building a life around the seasons and intention. We spend our days here building a regenerative model of living and focusing our garden on native plants and intensive polyculture planting styles. My focus is less on self-sufficiency and more on community-sufficiency through how we grow and connect through the seasons.
