Okay I have to share this and I know I talked about it on Friday but for real do yourself a favor and go right now to the grocery store and buy the ingredients for this baby. That ganache is like heaven, minty-white-chocolate-whipped heaven. I never go back for seconds on dessert simply because of the calories but I had to I had no option from my stomach.
So if you are dying to get in the kitchen and make something sweet and light this is your winner. Also if you are not keeping up with the Big Girls Small Kitchen don’t miss that either. Love their recipes and ideas. So fun!
Anyways, got a lot on the plate today I lost all my finance spreadsheets I found out so I am slamming most of my work in today so I can recreate and dig everything back up tomorrow ugh!!
