For almost a month I have been following the gorgeous work of Michelle Armas. I cannot remember how I came across her work but her sweet little blog has been flowing through my reader for a while now. As a new home owner and artist in Atlanta there is a lot going on in Michelle’s life and so her blog stays very fun and interesting.

But what keeps Michelle’s blog so interesting is her unbelievable work. I am a fan of a lot of artists currently but I have to say her work is at the top of my list. I have recently seen her work on about 12 blogs and I couldn’t help sharing it as well. Her use to colors and shapes are some of the best I have seen in a while. I am usually a more impressionist landscape girl but there is something that hits my soul with her work. As a true color lover her work is something I would want all over my walls.

Head over to her blog and see more of her amazing work.

Hello! I’m Megan Gilger,

A strong believer that nature and the seasons are our greatest teachers. We live on a hill in Leelanau County, Michigan just a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan. This land we are responsible for is where we are focused on building a life around the seasons and intention. We spend our days here building a regenerative model of living and focusing our garden on native plants and intensive polyculture planting styles. My focus is less on self-sufficiency and more on community-sufficiency through how we grow and connect through the seasons.
