Hello!! Hello!! It is Friday…FINALLY! I am a little tired from being up late last night jumping around in a photo booth with a sombrero on listening to Beyonce but who hasn’t been there right?

Very excited to share Pins this week…This is one of my fave posts every week because I get to share all the beautiful things my mind has been filled with each week. If you haven’t figured it out yet, inspiring all you readers is what I love doing here. Also, the blog is an amazing creative outlet for me to explore my style as a designer. I really believe each artist should have a place they can place their thoughts and ideas for the world to see. It places this disgusting self pressure on yourself that really helps you push hard if you are anything like me.

I wanted to let you all know that next week I will be posting some desktop backgrounds you will be able to download. I have been thinking about this for a while and really feel I am beginning to have a look and style I think would translate well in this realm.

In a few weeks I will also be holding a giveaway that I am VERY VERY excited about since it will be the first for The Fresh Exchange. Be ready and get your game face on for it 🙂

Happy Friday friends hope your Cinco De Mayo hangover isn’t too bad!

Hello! I’m Megan Gilger,

A strong believer that nature and the seasons are our greatest teachers. We live on a hill in Leelanau County, Michigan just a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan. This land we are responsible for is where we are focused on building a life around the seasons and intention. We spend our days here building a regenerative model of living and focusing our garden on native plants and intensive polyculture planting styles. My focus is less on self-sufficiency and more on community-sufficiency through how we grow and connect through the seasons.
