Loving Now: Bungalo Home | The Fresh Exchange

Mike and I are always on the hunt for new home stores and things that just grab our eye. Recently, we stumbled across Bungalo Home that is based in New York City. Not only do we love the simple and smart designs that mix a Scandinavian style with Japanese simplicity, but we love how the website and brand came together. It is always fun to add in an item to your collection of home items that has a little character that feels new and fresh from time to time. Though we are currently purging a lot of things from our home after reading all about simplicity, we have been filling the gaps with home items that really bring us joy or only convenience.

That said, I really loved a few items from Bungalo and just had to share this new site with you today! Hope it brings some eye-candy for a mid-week break.

Kitchen Essentials Check List

Hello! I’m Megan Gilger,

A strong believer that nature and the seasons are our greatest teachers. We live on a hill in Leelanau County, Michigan just a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan. This land we are responsible for is where we are focused on building a life around the seasons and intention. We spend our days here building a regenerative model of living and focusing our garden on native plants and intensive polyculture planting styles. My focus is less on self-sufficiency and more on community-sufficiency through how we grow and connect through the seasons.
